We have unveiled our 1.574 MW Mary-3 Combined Cycle Power Plant Project (CCPP) with participation of the President of Turkmenistan, Mr. Gurbanguly Berdimuhammedov on 8 September, Saturday.
Mary-3 is the largest combined cycle power plant of not only Turkmenistan but also of Central Asia which is built within scope of a single project utilizing a state-of-the-art technology. Being the largest natural gas CCPP in the world commissioned in 2018 as determined by our business partner GE, Mary-3 Project is also the largest project completed by Çalık Enerji in terms of scale of the contract as well as the capacity. In addition, there has not been any lost time during the project which required more than 10 million man-hours and we have achieved a great performance in terms of occupational health and safety which we are both happy and proud of. Being anticipated to play a crucial role in terms of Turkmenistan's energy supply safety, Mary-3 CCPP Project is also providing a significant capacity and flexibility for energy export to the neighboring countries.
