The construction works of the 254 MW Watan Power Plant continue at full speed by Çalık Energy. The plant is being constructed in Büyük Türkmenbaşı in Lebap Region.
Reinforced concrete works of the buildings in the project have progressed significantly in the project which was initiated on March 15, 2015.
The foundations of all turbines and heavy equipment to be installed within the scope of the project are ready and the reinforced concrete and fine works of other buildings and the construction of fire line, gas line, rounding and pan constructions continue at full speed. The gas turbines are planned to be on site within the first week of November. Watan Project, having 434 personnel - 27 Turkish and 407 Turkmen, is planned to be completed by the end of August 2016 and be put into the service of the Fatherland Turkmenistan.
